For appointments please fill out the form and please include the following:
Desired piece/design
availability (days/times that work best for you),
placement (where you want the tattoo),
size (inches)
please attach link to any reference photos.
please include contact phone number
Any allergies (to adhesive, etc.)
Pricing
depends on size, location and details, etc. I generally charge per piece - please let me know what your budget is and we can work within that range!
Cancellations/Rescheduling
I do require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation/rescheduling.
If you do not give 48 notice to reschedule/ cancel you will forfeit your deposit and a new one will be required to reschedule.
Deposit
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the appointment, it will go towards the total cost of the tattoo!
