For appointments please fill out the form and please include the following:

  • Desired piece/design

  • availability (days/times that work best for you),

  • placement (where you want the tattoo),

  • size (inches)

  • please attach link to any reference photos.

  • please include contact phone number

  • Any allergies (to adhesive, etc.)

    Pricing

    • depends on size, location and details, etc. I generally charge per piece - please let me know what your budget is and we can work within that range!

    Cancellations/Rescheduling

    • I do require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation/rescheduling.

    • If you do not give 48 notice to reschedule/ cancel you will forfeit your deposit and a new one will be required to reschedule.

    Deposit

    • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the appointment, it will go towards the total cost of the tattoo!
